Planning
The Planning Department manages both long-range planning for the City and the processing of current development requests. Staff strive to process all entitlement applications efficiently. To assist applicants, project checklists are available to help prepare complete applications and provide guidance on the application process.
Whether reviewing residential subdivisions, performing site plan review for an apartment complex, processing conditional use permits, or evaluating variances to zoning ordinances, Planning Department staff aim to provide exemplary customer service.
