City Manager's Office
The City Manager’s Office leads the daily operations of the City of Madera, ensuring city services run smoothly and policies set by the City Council are put into action. The office focuses on strategic planning, fiscal management, and fostering strong community relationships to support Madera’s growth and quality of life.
Arnoldo Rodriguez has been Madera’s City Manager since December 2018. With over 16 years of experience in urban development and city planning, Arnoldo previously served as Development Services Director for Yuba City and spent 13 years at the City of Fresno. He holds a Master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and is certified by the American Institute of Certified Planners.
Under Arnoldo’s leadership, Madera continues to advance infrastructure improvements, sustainable development, and transparent governance. The City Manager’s Office is committed to serving the community and building a strong future for all residents.
