City Surplus Sale

The City of Madera invites the public to participate in our auction of surplus items. Periodically, public agencies will sell vehicles, equipment, furniture, and other property that have reached the end of their useful life or no longer serve a purpose for the agency. This is done through public auction. The City uses a third-party vendor (Public Surplus) for the purposes of public auctions. Items are sold as-is and you will need to register to bid on an item (registration is free, however, you may be required to pay a buyer’s premium to Public Surplus if you win the bid(s) for the item(s) you are bidding on).
