Successor Agency

The Successor Agency was created as the result of the California Supreme Court decision on December 29, 2011 upholding ABx1 26, which eliminated all redevelopment agencies in California and established a process for winding down their operations.
Successor Agency Board

The City of Madera has taken the following actions related to the wind down of the former Madera Redevelopment Agency.
