AB 1793

In September 2014, AB1793 was approved by the Governor and became effective January 1, 2015, amending SB341 to add additional annually reporting requirements for successor housing agencies.  Among the bill’s requirements is posting on the agency’s website the results of an annual monitoring of housing units of the former redevelopment agency and housing successor, subject to covenants and restrictions, and were assisted with Low-Moderate Income Housing Asset Fund of the former redevelopment agency and the housing successor.
