Policies and Training
Policies & Training Overview
Written policies govern how the Madera Police Department meets its mission to serve and protect the community. They help determine proper procedures for the department’s day-to-day functions, including interacting with residents and documenting incidents.
The department continually reviews policies and makes updates as needed. Questions about a policy should be directed to the Office of the Chief.
