Notice of Funding Availability for the Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG) FY 2024-2025 / Request for Applications
On an annual basis, the City of Madera receives Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The purpose of CDBG funds is to develop viable communities through providing decent affordable housing, a suitable living environment, and expanded economic development opportunities for persons of low and moderate income.

Returning Applicants:
Current CDBG funding recipients wishing to apply for FY 2024- 25 funds will find the link “Apply for FY 24-25” in the "Applications" column when they log in at www.citydataservices.net.
New Applicants:
New Applicant Agencies that are not currently funded must log into www.citydataservices.net, using the default username and password MAD2023 (case sensitive). Upon logging in with the default information, applicants will be prompted to enter basic information to set their own unique username and password. Upon logging in with your new credentials, the FY 2024-25 application will be available as a link in the "Applications" column.
